Property Manager

Position Overview:

Vox Vanam is looking for a responsible and reliable Property Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of our property located in Poolathur Village, Kodaikanal. Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near Vathalagundu or Poolathur.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily property operations and upkeep
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and repairs
• Ensure property safety and cleanliness
• Manage local staff/vendors when required
• Handle guest coordination and basic support
• Monitor utilities and general property conditions
• Report issues and updates to management regularly

Requirements:

• Candidate must be from Vathalagundu / Poolathur / nearby areas
• Basic knowledge of property maintenance
• Trustworthy, responsible, and self-motivated
• Ability to handle local vendors and workers
• Prior experience in property management or caretaker role is an advantage
• Basic communication skills (Tamil required; English a plus)
