Job Title: Heritage Haveli Property Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced individual to oversee the daily operations of our heritage haveli property. The ideal candidate will have a deep appreciation for culture and heritage, exceptional hospitality skills, and the ability to manage staff, events, and guest experiences. The role requires a combination of property management, heritage conservation awareness, and guest services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily functioning of the heritage haveli, ensuring smooth operations.
• Maintain the property in line with heritage preservation standards.
• Supervise housekeeping, front office, kitchen, and maintenance staff.
• Welcome guests and ensure a memorable and culturally rich guest experience.
• Coordinate with vendors and local artisans for décor, maintenance, and cultural programs.
• Manage guest bookings and reservations through various platforms (online and offline).
• Plan and manage heritage tours, cultural events, and traditional experiences for guests.
• Ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the property.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement needs for property upkeep.
• Promote the property via social media, collaborations, and tourism partnerships (if applicable).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in hospitality or heritage property management.
• Strong understanding of traditional Indian culture, architecture, and hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and local languages (as applicable).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience with booking and property management systems is a plus.
• Appreciation for cultural preservation and local traditions.

Preferred:

• Background in boutique hotels or heritage hotels.
• Knowledge of heritage conservation practices.
• Ability to conduct or organize cultural activities (e.g., folk music, food festivals, guided tours).
