Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Voice Process – Sales) Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday Salary - 18k to 35k (US Shift) Fresher and experience both can apply /6months to 2 year Industries - EdTech (eLearning Sales) Location: Sector 1, Block C Job Summary: We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric, fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia’s eLearning programs. ● Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with their career goals. ● Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling follow-up calls or demos. ● Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM tools. ● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales. ● Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a seamless experience. ● Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. ● Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and competitors’ offerings.
