Job Description

Role Overview: As the Property Operations Manager, you will be leading a team of F&B and housekeeping staff to ensure the efficient operation of the property towards achieving organizational goals. Your responsibilities will include managing property operations, expenses, and cost management while upholding the organization's values and mission. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, will be required to fulfill the role effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Supervising hostel functioning, including hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness - Allocating hostel rooms, maintaining complaints log, and tracking daily occupancy - Managing mess operations, staff, and discipline enforcement - Enforcing discipline and regulations within the hostel premises - Ensuring compliance with rules and regulations, prohibiting substances in the premises - Overseeing hostel security and residents" adherence to prescribed timings - Managing room upkeep, property maintenance, and addressing maintenance issues - Collecting monthly rent, overseeing room check-in/check-out processes - Achieving a 60% renewal rate at the property - Monitoring cleanliness and operations of the dining hall and kitchen - Inspecting during meal times, supervising purchases, and maintaining mess stores - Reviewing monthly income and expenditure statements for the mess Qualification Required: - Graduation degree - Proficiency in the local language preferred - Knowledge of MS Office - Presentable with excellent communication skills - Background in hospitality preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry,
