Property Management Associate

As a Property Management Associate at Nestaway, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the smooth operation and maintenance of houses within our portfolio. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - **Ownership of Properties:** Taking ownership of a designated number of houses to ensure they are well-maintained and offer a best-in-class experience for tenants and owners. - **Periodic Checks:** Conducting regular checks on assigned houses to ensure they meet Nestaway's quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate data such as utility account IDs, tenant agreements, and house photographs in Nestaway's systems. - **Minimize Tenant Move-Outs:** Implementing strategies to reduce tenant move-outs from the houses under your purview, aiming for high tenant satisfaction and retention. - **House Onboarding/Offboarding:** Using Nestaway's processes and tools to onboard new houses into the portfolio or offboard existing ones according to predefined SLAs. - **Move-In & Move-Out Processes:** Efficiently managing the move-in and move-out processes for tenants, following Nestaway's procedures and timelines. You will utilize tools like the New Flow app to ensure smooth transitions. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field. - Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple properties concurrently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in using technology and willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems. - Freshers are encouraged to apply.
