Property Inventory Surveyor

Mitrozz is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Property Inventory Surveyor to join our team. The primary role of the Property Inventory Surveyor is to conduct surveys and inspections of available properties, providing accurate and comprehensive inventory reports. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our clients have access to the best rental properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property surveys and inspections to identify vacant and available rental properties.
• Document property conditions, including details of each room, fixtures, and overall maintenance.
• Take photographs and compile visual documentation of properties.
• Maintain up-to-date records and databases of available properties.
• Collaborate with property owners, agents, and team members to obtain necessary information.
• Verify property features, amenities, and conditions, ensuring accuracy in property listings.
• Generate detailed inventory reports for each property, including measurements, inventory lists, and descriptions.
• Regularly update property inventory status to reflect real-time availability.
• Assist in resolving discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations in property inventory documentation.
• Provide support to the leasing and property management teams by facilitating smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant certifications or coursework in real estate or property management is a plus.
• Proven experience in property surveying, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Proficient use of digital tools and property inventory software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations is advantageous.
• Candidates should have their own vehicle.
