Role Description

As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be at the frontlines of our supply growth. Your job is to identify, onboard, and manage our network of property partners — from co-living spaces to independent flats and studio apartments.

Key Responsibilities

• Scout and source quality residential inventory across Gurgaon

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners, builders, co-living operators, and leasing partners

• Negotiate terms, collect data, and onboard new properties into the Mitrozz system

• Act as the communication bridge between internal teams and property partners

• Conduct regular property visits to ensure quality standards and resolve partner concerns

• Provide weekly reports on the inventory pipeline and partner feedback

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Self-starter attitude with the ability to work on-ground independently

• Basic understanding of real estate/hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory)

• Comfort with field work and relationship handling

• Must own a two-wheeler for local travel (fuel allowance provided)
