Your Role

As a Property Acquisition Executive, you’ll be at the front line of our expansion strategy. You’ll identify potential villas and partner with homeowners to bring unique properties under the Stayscape brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real estate, relationship-building, and being on the move.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire properties in Maharashtra.
• Reach out to property owners and stay in touch to discuss and finalise property deals.
• Manage and assist with all paperwork and formalities required for property registration.
• Prepare and review property-related contracts and agreements whenever needed.

Requirements

• Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in property sourcing, real estate, or business development.
• Knowledge of property documentation and basic legal processes.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital tools/platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular travel and on-ground work across Maharashtra.
• Fluent in English and Hindi; regional language is a plus.
