Property Acquisition Executive

As a Property Search Executive at our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and acquiring properties suitable for our preschools. Your main responsibilities will include conducting in-depth market research, negotiating with property owners, and collaborating with our operations team to ensure that the selected properties meet our high standards for preschool centers. Your key duties will involve: Market Research: - Conducting detailed market research to pinpoint potential areas for preschool expansion. - Analyzing market trends, demographics, and competition to make well-informed property decisions. - Staying updated with local property listings and market developments. Property Identification: - Identifying and assessing properties that align with our criteria for establishing preschools. - Collaborating with real estate agents and property owners to gather property information and conduct site visits. - Evaluating properties for safety, accessibility, and compliance with local regulations. Negotiation and Due Diligence: - Negotiating terms, conditions, and lease agreements with property owners. - Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements during property acquisition. Collaboration with Other Teams: - Working closely with the operations team to ensure that the chosen properties meet our educational and safety standards. - Collaborating with architects, construction teams, and regulatory bodies to design and prepare properties for preschool operation. Minimum Education required for this role is any graduate degree. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in any field, have knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and zoning laws, strong negotiation and communication skills, and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
