Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Acquisitions Executive, located in Mumbai. The Home Acquisitions Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new properties, negotiating contracts, coordinating with property owners, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The role involves site visits, market research, evaluating property potential, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to expand our portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in property acquisition, real estate, and negotiations
• Strong analytical and research skills for market evaluation
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in legal and regulatory compliance related to real estate
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Background in the luxury hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field
