Responsibilities:
1. Short list properties in correct locations within the catchments2. Understand the commercials suitable & structural requirements for business before shortlisting properties3. Planning the amenities and space with the right density of merchandise, best suited for that catchment, along with controlling future opex.4. Negotiate existing store rent.Candidate Requirement:1.Must have min 4 years of experience in Retail2. Should have experience in business expansion, scouting properties, Opening NSOs3. Understanding of documentations required and legal requirement to open new store4. Should have understanding of negotiation & interpersonal skills5. Knowledge about the regional Retail Market6. Must be well aware of North Bengal region
