About the Role:

Property Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of property operations to ensure smooth, efficient functioning
• Curate elevated guest experiences that reflect the charm and culture of Goa
• Manage front office, housekeeping, and F&B teams to meet service excellence standards
• Monitor budgets, operational costs, and drive profitability
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee procurement processes
• Uphold high standards of safety, compliance, and aesthetics
• Handle guest relations and resolve concerns with discretion and professionalism
• Build and nurture a locally engaged, guest-centric hospitality team

Candidate Profile:

• 5–7 years of relevant hospitality experience, with at least 2 years in boutique/luxury segment
• Prior work with

  The Postcard Hotel

  or similar luxury boutique properties is a strong plus
• Goa-based candidates or those with deep familiarity with Goan hospitality culture are preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about creating immersive, design-led guest experiences
