About the Role

The Prompt Engineer will play a crucial role in developing, testing, and refining prompts for AI language models to ensure high-quality outputs that align with user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and refine prompts for AI language models to ensure high-quality outputs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to align prompts with user needs and business objectives.
• Analyze prompt performance and user interactions to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of different prompt strategies.
• Stay informed about advancements in AI and NLP to implement best practices in prompt development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus.
• Experience in prompt development or a related role involving AI language models.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing and machine learning principles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
