Company: A Large Indian Conglomerate Key Skills: Gen AI, Python, Big Data. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and optimize prompts for large language models and diffusion models. Write clear and specific instructions for AI models to enhance their performance. Utilize interactive problem-solving techniques and iterative design methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Maintain a strong understanding of data structures, data formats, and data modeling. Implement software architecture patterns and reason about different components of the software stack. Execute projects independently from concept to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in AI and big data. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project alignment. Experience Requirement: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering with a focus on Python and Generative AI. Strong experience in building and fine-tuning prompts for LLMs (Large Language Models) like GPT, Claude, or PaLM. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and improve model responses through prompt engineering and prompt chaining techniques. Experience working with APIs of LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Cohere. Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks. Experience in conducting A/B testing or model evaluation for prompt performance. Exposure to big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and data pipelines is a plus. Ability to work independently on complex AI/NLP projects from ideation to production.
