Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled Prompt Engineer to join our Gen AI implementation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, testing, and optimizing prompts for large language models (LLMs), along with strong Python programming skills. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to build intelligent solutions that drive business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and refine prompts for various Gen AI use cases using LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).

Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and developers to integrate Gen AI capabilities into applications.

Write Python scripts to automate prompt testing, evaluation, and data preprocessing.

Analyze model outputs and iterate on prompt strategies to improve performance and reliability.

Stay up to date with the latest advancements in Gen AI, NLP, and prompt engineering techniques.

Document prompt libraries, test cases, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

3 4 years of total experience in software development or AI/ML projects.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in prompt engineering or working with Gen AI models.

Proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries like LangChain, OpenAI SDK, or Hugging Face.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and prompt tuning techniques.

Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps pipelines.

Prior experience in deploying Gen AI solutions in production environments.
