Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project/Site Engineer to manage day-to-day site operations at our ongoing civil and interior projects in Korba. The candidate must possess strong technical knowledge of civil works as well as interior execution and should be capable of handling multiple contractors, quality control, and project progress.

Key Responsibilities:
Civil Work:

• Supervise all site civil activities including RCC, brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, plumbing, and drainage works.
• Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues on-site.
• Coordinate with structural consultants and subcontractors.

Interior Work:

• Execute interior fit-out works including partitions, false ceiling, flooring, furniture installation, and MEP coordination.
• Oversee vendor activities related to carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and finishes.
• Monitor alignment with design, BOQ, and quality parameters.
• Liaise with designers and vendors for timely delivery and installation.

Project Coordination:

• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update project status.
• Track material requirements and usage, and manage inventory at site.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate regularly with the Head Office regarding progress, delays, and manpower.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience: 1–5 years in site execution of both civil and interior works
• Must have knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, Sketchup and project planning tools
• Strong leadership, communication, and vendor coordination skills
• Willing to work on-site full-time in Korba

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
