Job Overview

Project & Workflow Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage tasks and deliverables using ClickUp/Monday.com.
  • Follow up with team members and ensure timely project execution.
  • Coordinate between leadership and teams for smooth communication.
  • Prepare basic reports, updates, and documentation for management.
  • Assist in implementing workflows and maintaining dashboards.

Requirements

  • Experience:

     13 years in project coordination, operations, or executive support.
  • Tools:

     Working knowledge of ClickUp / Monday.com / Asana / Trello preferred.
  • Skills:

     Strong English communication, organization, and follow-up ability.
  • Education:

     Graduate or postgraduate in commerce, management, or related field.

Details

  • Location:

     Noida, Sector 63 (Work from Office)
  • Salary:

     25,000 – 45,000 per month (CTC based on experience)
  • Working Days:

     Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off)
