Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain relationships with Government and Private ITIs, NSTIs, and local
vocational training institutes.
• Liaise with principals, training officers, and local government officials to facilitate institutelevel onboarding.
• Mobilize student and faculty participation through on-ground visits, awareness sessions,
and institute-level orientations.
• Support signing of MoUs and data coordination.
• Identify regional opportunities for scaling the program across nearby districts.
• Deliver predefined curriculum modules on:
• Artificial Intelligence Fundamentals (conceptual awareness and use cases in
trades)
• Career Management Essentials (résumé building, communication, interviews)
• Graduate degree (preferably in Education, Management, or Social Sciences).
• Technical background not mandatory; training experience is essential.
•Minimum 2–4 years of experience in training, mobilization, or educational program delivery.
• Prior experience with government institutions, especially ITIs or skilling programs, preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
•Strong communication and presentation skills (English/regional language proficiency required).
•Comfortable using digital tools and online learning platforms.
•Ability to build institutional relationships and motivate learners.
•Confident delivery of content post Training of Trainers (ToT).
• Self-driven, organized, and willing to travel within assigned districts.
• Reports to State Program Manager / Regional Coordinator.
•Works closely with the Technical Lead and Program team for data and compliance reporting.
• Expected to maintain weekly schedules, attendance logs, and training reports.
