Position Overview – Project Head

We are looking for a skilled Project Head to supervise, coordinate, and complete furniture projects from planning to final installation. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Execution: Plan project scope, timelines, and deliverables; monitor progress and ensure on-time completion.
• Team Leadership: Lead and guide design, production, and installation teams to achieve project goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards during manufacturing, dispatch, and installation.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as the central link between design, production, site teams, and management.
• Problem Solving: Resolve on-site and production challenges quickly to maintain workflow.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, snag lists, and status reports.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all project activities follow safety norms and company policies.
• Delivery & On-Site Installation: Supervise dispatch, loading, installation, site cleanliness, and client approvals.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure timely delivery, smooth installation, and complete project handover as per client expectations.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years experience in furniture projects
• Strong leadership and team-handling skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of furniture processes and industry workflow

Salary

₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
(Depend on interview performance)
