Project Supervisor || Furniture Manufacturing Industry

• Assemble and lead a project team, which may include designers, engineers, production staff, and other relevant personnel.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members.
• Motivate and provide guidance to team members to ensure they meet project goals.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, and critical path analysis.
• Monitor and track progress against the project schedule, making adjustments as needed.
• Identify and address project issues and roadblocks promptly.
• Develop contingency plans and solutions to keep the project on track.
• Ensure all products installed on site as planned and checked by the client before leaving the site.
• Make sure all materials to be disposed of by the team should be done as decided on site.
• Ensure any materials to be brought back to the factory should be packed as required and brought back.
