Project Site Manager

We are seeking a responsible, skilled, and proactive Project/Site Manager to join our team at Nirvaana Hills, a 200+ acre sustainable farmland community nestled amidst forests and hills. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site construction and development activities, coordinate with vendors, manage teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and up to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring work progresses as per approved drawings and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, and landscaping works.
• Handle daily labor management allocating work, maintaining discipline, and ensuring productivity on-site.
• Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update the management on milestones and issues.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and environmental guidelines during execution.
• Verify and manage procurement of materials; maintain stock and consumption records.
• Coordinate with the design and planning teams for layout approvals and on-site modifications.
• Manage external agencies and service providers for site utilities, logistics, and infrastructure work.
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Take full responsibility for site operations from planning to handover.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of on-site experience in real estate, infrastructure, or farm/villa development projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and site supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple teams (labor, vendors, contractors) efficiently.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings, BOQs, and site layout plans.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Must be willing to stay or travel frequently to the site (approx. 2 hrs. from Gurgaon)
• Preferred Traits:
• Experience in eco-friendly or sustainable construction projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes, permits, and safety standards.
• Good eye for detail and finish quality.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and accountable for project outcomes.

Pay: ₹33,211.57 - ₹50,101.89 per month
