Project Sales - Paints and Waterproofing

As a Project Sales representative for paints and waterproofing products, your role will involve leading and managing a defined territory to promote the adoption of new-age solutions in Raipur, Gwalior, and Bhopal. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and executing sales & marketing strategies in the assigned geography - Building strong relationships with contractors, builders, architects, designers, and consultants by providing technical guidance - Developing and managing a channel partner network to generate leads and drive conversions - Consistently achieving sales and collection targets - Driving influencer loyalty programs and ensuring proper benefit extension To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Minimum 2 to 7 years of experience in Sales of Paints, Waterproofing Products, Construction Chemicals, or Building Materials - 27 years of project sales experience, preferably in paints - Strong understanding of both technical and commercial aspects of conceptual product sales - Fluent communication in English & local language - Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint For more information about the company, you can visit www.zydexpaints.com.
