We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator B2B Portal Specialist who can manage and support sales team activities by leveraging B2B platforms such as Indiamart, Justdial, and Sulekha. The role involves driving sales growth, generating leads, and enhancing visibility through effective product listings and promotions. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate sales activities on B2B portals (Indiamart, Justdial, Sulekha, etc.) to achieve targets. Manage product & service listings, pricing, and promotions for maximum online visibility. Respond to customer inquiries and provide product/service information. Generate qualified leads through portals and share them with the sales team. Monitor competitor activities and propose strategies to stay ahead. Prepare reports on portal performance, lead generation, and conversion rates. Collaborate with the marketing team to align online campaigns with portal activities. Requirements: 1 - 4 years of experience in Waterproofing, Epoxy Floor Coating, or Construction Chemicals industry. Prior experience as a Sales Coordinator or similar role in a B2B environment. Proficiency in managing B2B portals like Indiamart, Justdial, or Sulekha. Strong communication and client engagement skills. Proven track record of driving sales growth through online channels. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As part of your responsibilities, you will need to identify, assess, and review the market potential for waterproofing products in project sales, with a specific focus on key accounts. This will involve generating leads through direct project site visits and engaging with stakeholders like Project Sales Officers, Applicators, and Dealers. Additionally, you will be required to offer technical support before and after sales at project sites, including conducting on-site sampling to enhance customer confidence in the products. Market development is a crucial aspect of the role, where you will be expected to collaborate with medium to large waterproofing applicators and consultants to drive market expansion and upgrade existing networks. Building strong relationships with stakeholders through regular product training and on-site assistance will be essential. You will also be responsible for briefing Specifiers and Consultants on product specifications and systems to generate business opportunities.
