Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through effective sales strategies and relationship building with clients.
  • Identify potential customers, including builders, engineers, and institutions, to promote our products.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions using B2B sales techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-7 years of experience in project sales or related field (preferably in institutional or industrial projects).
  • Strong understanding of builder, engineering, and institutional markets; ability to develop targeted sales plans accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
