Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Project & Sales Engineer to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee project execution in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in water treatment, combined with sales acumen and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for RO, STP, ETP, WTP, ZLD, and related systems in Kerala.
• Generate leads, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and close sales.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and technical discussions.
• Coordinate with the design, engineering, and execution teams for successful project delivery.
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and handover of water treatment projects.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen sales strategy.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Environmental Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, project execution, or service in water/wastewater treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of RO, STP, ETP, WTP, ZLD systems and related equipment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel across Kerala for business development and project coordination.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
