Job Description

4-6 years experience in handling QA in project execution (preferably from Oil & Gas/Power plant/Process Plant sectors) Basic awareness of inspection processes for process plant equipment; pressure vessel fabrication, piping works, NDTs, assemblies and testing, including bought-out items such as pumps, valves, fittings, instruments. Should be able to prepare inspection and test plans for various equipment and packages; preparing quality requitements for product inquiry, coordinating with suppliers for pre-bid discussions, review and approval of ITPs & inspection procedures from suppliers. Conducting supplier assessment, manufacturing feasibility studies, process audits, driving continual improvements Good understanding of project quality documentation practices, maintaining database and traceability of quality documents Should be aware of NCR management process, conducting RCAs, implementing and monitoring corrective actions Personality traits: Good interpersonal skills, collaborative approach for problem solving Show more Show less
