Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Senior Project & Production Coordinator to manage and streamline our production data, design files, and project timelines. This role is central to ensuring that all projects move forward efficiently—from design to execution—while maintaining accuracy, clarity, and coordination across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of AutoCAD and 3D software and be confident handling the operational flow of creative, technical, and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep production and project data up to date and well-organized

• Track all active projects and monitor their stages of development

• Ensure timelines are maintained and flag any delays or dependencies

• Act as a communication bridge between design, production, and project teams

• Read and interpret AutoCAD and 3D design files to align production activities

• Help prepare and update drawings and documents as required

• Create a system to track approvals, revisions, and client requirements

• Support project leads with planning, scheduling, and daily coordination

• Maintain documentation for internal and external project tracking

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of proven experience in project or production coordination (preferably in design, architecture, or manufacturing fields)

• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with 3D software (SketchUp, Rhino, or similar)

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of timelines and records

Nice to Have:

• Background in lighting, interiors, or fabrication industries

• Familiarity with project management tools or workflow software
