Project & Production Coordinator

You will be working in Mumbai within the Lighting & Design industry on a full-time basis. As a Senior Project & Production Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently manage and streamline production data, design files, and project timelines. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth progression of projects from the design phase to execution, while maintaining precision, clarity, and coordination across various departments. It is essential for you to possess a strong command of AutoCAD and 3D software, along with the confidence to oversee the operational flow of creative, technical, and manufacturing teams. Your key duties will include keeping production and project data well-organized and up to date, tracking the progress of active projects, maintaining timelines, identifying delays or dependencies, and facilitating effective communication between design, production, and project teams. You will also be required to interpret AutoCAD and 3D design files, assist in creating and updating drawings and documents, establish a system to monitor approvals, revisions, and client needs, support project leads in planning and coordination, and maintain project documentation for both internal and external tracking purposes. To excel in this role, you should ideally have 2-4 years of experience in project or production coordination, preferably in design, architecture, or manufacturing sectors. Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with 3D software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or similar tools are essential. Strong organizational skills, effective time management, excellent communication abilities, multitasking capabilities, and the capacity to work independently while taking ownership of timelines and records are key requirements. Having a background in lighting, interiors, or fabrication industries, as well as familiarity with project management tools or workflow software, would be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
