Project Planning Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Construction (High-Rise Residential EPC Projects)

Role Objective

Manage and oversee the planning, scheduling, coordination, and timely delivery of high-rise residential building projects across Gujarat from the head office, ensuring alignment with project milestones, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for high-rise residential EPC projects using

  Primavera P6

  ,

  MS Project

  , or similar tools.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams including site engineers, procurement, design, contractors, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or risks, and propose mitigation or recovery actions.
• Prepare project status reports, milestone charts, and S-curves for management review.
• Manage resource and cost interfaces, aligning scheduling with budgeting and manpower planning.
• Ensure projects comply with construction regulations, safety guidelines, and quality standards specific to high-rise residential buildings.
• Facilitate communication between the head office and on-site teams spread across Gujarat, including regular site visits.
• Support contract compliance, vendor management, and project documentation related to schedule adherence.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 8-13 years of experience in project planning / controls, specifically in EPC projects involving

  high-rise residential buildings.

• Proven experience managing large-scale construction schedules and coordinating across multi-location teams.
• Strong knowledge of EPC workflow for residential building projects, including procurement and construction stages.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
• Experience in infrastructure projects other than real estate developer companies (strictly EPC companies).
