Job Description

Oversee project execution with a focus on timely delivery, cost control, quality standards, and EHS compliance.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
Resolve cross-functional challenges and coordinate with contractors to manage interdependencies and meet project goals.
Lead resource planning, productivity tracking, and utilization analysis for optimal performance.
Develop and maintain integrated schedules (L2/L3/L4 WBS) using Primavera or MS Project, including baseline updates and critical path reporting.
Perform delay analysis and generate tailored reports by department, plant, or contractor; create catch-up plans as needed.
Prepare and present strategic updates and look-ahead plans (30/60/90 days) to senior management.
Deliver comprehensive reporting including S curves, milestone tracking, risk mitigation, and cost/schedule variance analysis.
