About the Role:

Planning Project Manager

This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project planning, monitoring timelines, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with architects, contractors, consultants, and hotel pre-opening teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines for multiple real estate and hospitality projects.
  • Use project management tools to track milestones and deliverables.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments, risk analysis, and resource planning.

Real Estate Project Management

  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure alignment with approved designs and specifications.
  • Handle statutory approvals, compliance documentation, and project quality standards.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and BOQ verification.

Hotel Pre-Opening Expertise

  • Manage end-to-end pre-opening activities for hotels—from construction coordination to operational readiness.
  • Liaise with hospitality operations, interior designers, and brand partners.
  • Ensure timely completion of fit-outs, MEP systems, safety audits, and handover activities.
  • Support recruitment, vendor finalization, procurement, and setup of operational departments pre-launch.

PPM & Reporting

  • Apply PPM methodologies for project monitoring, reporting, and risk mitigation.
  • Generate weekly/ monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and project updates for the management.
  • Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks through structured evaluation.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a central communication point between internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Chair project review meetings, highlight delays, and drive corrective actions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • PPM certification is mandatory.

  • 5–10+ years of experience in real estate project planning and hotel pre-opening.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, MEP systems, and hospitality standards.
  • Excellent skills in MS Project, Primavera, or similar planning tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadline
