Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Planning Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, and work plans.
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and project managers to track project progress.
• Maintain and update project reports, dashboards, and documentation in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Prepare progress reports, daily/weekly/monthly updates, and presentation documents.
• Monitor project milestones, identify delays, and suggest corrective actions.
• Assist in resource planning, budgeting, and material scheduling.
• Maintain records related to cost, labour, materials, and project execution.
• Support planning and project management activities as instructed by senior management.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of project planning tools such as MS Project (preferred, not mandatory).
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualification

• Graduation / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Project planning experience in construction/real estate industry preferred.

Salary

• As per industry standards and experience.
