Job Title: Project Planning Engineer – Electrical

Qualification: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers may apply)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description:

We are looking for a Project Planning Engineer (Electrical) to join our team at the NSPCL project site in Bhilai. The candidate will assist in the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and coordination of electrical project activities to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating project schedules using planning tools (e.g., MS Project / Primavera).
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and vendors to track project progress.
• Monitor daily work progress and prepare progress reports for management.
• Help identify potential delays or resource shortages and suggest corrective actions.
• Support project documentation, including drawings, work schedules, and technical reports.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing material requirement plans and follow-up for timely procurement.
• Maintain proper communication between the site team and project management office.

Skills Required:

• Good knowledge of project planning and scheduling concepts.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and construction activities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project, or other planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Working Conditions:
• Full-time position based at the NSPCL project site, Bhilai.
• Field and office work environment.
