Project Planner Renewable Energy

The Project Planner supports the planning and scheduling of renewable energy projects, ensuring timely execution and resource optimization. This role is critical for tracking progress and forecasting project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project schedules using planning tools
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to gather inputs
Monitor project milestones and update schedules accordingly
Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies
Prepare progress reports and dashboards for management
Support resource allocation and workload balancing
Assist in cost and time forecasting
Maintain planning documentation and change logs
Ensure alignment with contractual timelines and deliverables

Qualifications:

B.E./BTech in Engineering or Project Management
Certification in Primavera P6 or MS Project (preferred)
36 years of experience in project planning, preferably in renewable energy

Skills:

Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel
Analytical and forecasting abilities
Strong communication and coordination skills
Understanding of EPC project workflows
Familiarity with renewable energy systems and construction timelines
