We are seeking skilled Solar PV (Ground Mounted) and BESS Designers with at least 2-5 years of experience to join our team and help design our renewable energy and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. : As a Solar PV/ BESS Designer, you will play a critical role in designing efficient, reliable standalone BESS systems as well as integrated renewable energy solutions like solar with energy storage systems . Your work will directly contribute to building sustainable, future-ready energy infrastructure. : System Design & Engineering: Prepare SLDs, layouts, control diagrams, and BOQs for BESS and Solar + BESS systems, ensuring compliance with client specifications and international standards. Hybrid Integration: Design and oversee integration of BESS with solar, wind, and hybrid renewable energy solutions; develop retrofit designs for integrating BESS into existing solar PV projects. System Sizing & Optimization: Conduct sizing of energy and power requirements for standalone and hybrid systems, with detailed efficiency and performance modelling. Equipment Selection: Specify and evaluate appropriate battery technologies, PCS, EMS, cabling, protection systems, FDSS, and other critical components. Grid Compliance & Safety: Ensure designs comply with IEEE/IEC grid codes, safety requirements, and environmental standards. Technical Coordination: Collaborate with EPC contractors, OEMs, and clients during system design, integration, testing, and commissioning phases. Validation & Testing: Support documentation and execution for FAT, SAT, and other technical validation procedures. Project Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project teams to deliver cost-effective, scalable, and future-ready designs. Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain technical documentation, design reports, and compliance records. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Key Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering. 25 years of experience in Solar PV, BESS, or substation design, including transformers, switchgear, and protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD and power system analysis software. Strong knowledge of electrical standards and regulatory requirements. Job Description Project Manager (Solar PV – PMC & OE) Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Position Type: Full-time, Site-based Role Overview The Project Manager will lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of the Solar PV project in Rajasthan, representing the consulting company in its dual role as Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Owner’s Engineer (OE) . The role involves managing site activities, monitoring EPC contractors, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, timelines, safety, and quality standards, while acting as the key liaison between the client, EPC partners, and head office. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage site execution of the Solar PV project in line with project timelines, quality, safety, and cost objectives. Supervise and coordinate EPC contractor activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, drawings, and contracts. Monitor construction progress and provide periodic status updates to client and corporate teams. Ensure all OE responsibilities such as design review, approval of drawings, and technical compliance are properly executed. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits for civil, structural, electrical, and solar module installation works. Ensure all statutory and regulatory requirements (Rajasthan and central regulations) are adhered to. Facilitate issue resolution between client, EPC, and local stakeholders. Proven track record of handling project execution and site management for solar projects (>25 MW). Strong knowledge of solar plant design, construction practices, and relevant IS/IEC codes. Job Description – Project Coordinator (Solar PV – PMC & OE) Location: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Corporate Office) Position Type: Full-time, Office-based with periodic site visits Role Overview The Project Coordinator will support the Project Manager and corporate team in ensuring seamless coordination between site activities in Rajasthan and the head office. The role involves project planning, documentation, scheduling, procurement coordination, and MIS/reporting to ensure that the PMC & OE mandates are delivered efficiently. Key Responsibilities Act as the central coordination point between site (Jodhpur), client, EPC, and corporate office. Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; escalate risks or delays. Support the Project Manager in reviewing technical documents, drawings, and reports. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, project dashboards, and progress trackers. Coordinate with procurement teams and vendors for timely delivery of equipment and materials. Assist in drafting project correspondence, MOMs, and contractual communications. Facilitate OE documentation including drawing approvals, design clarifications, and compliance records. Support the team in regulatory/statutory submissions and client presentations. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Civil) or equivalent; MBA/Project Management certification preferred. 3–6 years of experience in project coordination for Solar PV or Infrastructure projects. Familiarity with project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project). Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
