Job Description

You will be responsible for providing clear, concise information to others in various communication formats for public and organizational consumption. You should possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with team members and client representatives. It is essential to have the ability to work within a team, set clear expectations, and develop shared values. Additionally, you should demonstrate active listening, non-verbal communication, empathy, and the ability to work independently to produce results. In terms of leadership potential, you are expected to exhibit qualities such as teamwork, independent and strategic thinking, self-development, integrity, and the willingness to take on proactive roles within projects. You will also serve as a communication liaison for the project team, contribute in an administrative capacity, and support both the team and client as directed. Your responsibilities will include preparing and tracking project schedules, identifying critical items, understanding project scope, executing punch lists, and producing monthly reports. Proficiency in project management technology is necessary for the successful completion of assigned projects. Additionally, you will be expected to coordinate meetings, track invoices, transcribe meeting minutes, manage project directories, produce monthly reports, maintain project data, manage documents, follow up on project tasks promptly, and communicate effectively with the project/program team. Overall, your role requires a combination of effective communication skills, project management proficiency, administrative support, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independent thinking and proactivity.,
