Project Planner- Civil Structure Architect

Location: Navi Mumbai

About the Role

The Project Planner (Civil Structure – CSA) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive construction schedules and resource plans for all civil and structural base build activities in large-scale Data Center projects. This includes earthworks, foundations, concrete superstructures, steel structures (including PEB), and architectural elements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed L3/L4 schedules for Civil & Structural works using

  Primavera P6

  and

  MS Project

  .
• Break down complex CSA activities into tasks, define logical sequences, durations, and critical paths.
  
• Integrate CSA schedules with overall project master schedule.
  
• Resource planning & optimization – manpower, equipment, and materials.
  
• Track daily/weekly progress, prepare reports, and conduct variance/earned value analysis.
  
• Perform

  delay analysis

  and develop recovery/mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with other disciplines (MEP, ELV, etc.) to ensure schedule alignment.
  
• Review & integrate contractor schedules.
  
• Prepare look-ahead schedules (2–4 weeks).
  
• Identify schedule-related risks and propose contingency plans.
  
• Prepare

  customer-facing presentations

  in coordination with MEPF team.

Key Deliverables

• Civil & Structural baseline and updated project schedules.
  
• Resource loading & leveling plans.
  
• Progress reports with S-curves and variance analysis.
  
• Delay analysis reports and recovery schedules.
  
• Interface schedules with other disciplines.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Strong understanding of Civil & Structural construction (earthworks, foundations, concreting, PEB, architectural elements).
  
• Expert in

  Primavera P6

  and advanced

  MS Project

  .
• Knowledge of CPM scheduling, EVM, and resource leveling.
  
• Experience in

  Data Center projects

  preferred; industrial/commercial project exposure also relevant.
• Strong knowledge of

  MEPF planning

  .
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
  
• Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• Fluency in

  English & Hindi

  ; regional language proficiency is a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  
• 10–12 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and control within the construction industry.
  
• Minimum 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Data Center / Industrial / Large Commercial Civil & Structural projects.
  
• Certifications like

  PMP

  or advanced project management tools preferred.
