Job Description

We at Kanwar Enterprises Pvt Ltd are looking for Project Manager having experience in Chimney (275mtr) projects

Role: PM(CIVIL)

Exp:10 to15

Location: Mirzapur(U.P)

Industry: Construction

Qualification: B Tech (CIVIL)with 10 years experience in site execution/billing/Planning/coordination/Estimation

Preference for Immediate joiner

PM

Responsible for execution of all civil and mechanical site activities as per approved drawing, FQP & tech. specification.

Improved project efficiency by streamlining engineering processes and implementing innovative solutions.
• Preparing of weekly & monthly looks ahead schedule and highlighting resource requirements against proposed schedule.
• Cary out day to day monitoring and inspection of all ongoing site activities.
• Managing the project in terms of effective utilization and minimum wastage of construction materials at site.
Implemented quality control processes to facilitate customer satisfaction.
Attend to all technical coordination & work review meeting with Clients/customer.

Executed Structures Turbine Building Turbine Deck Transformer Yard Pile Foundation Chimney Raft Chimney Shell (275 mtr. Height)

Developed and maintained relationships with suppliers to facilitate quality and timely delivery of materials.
Preparation of clients & sub-contractors RA bills.

Carry out scope of work and estimation of cost related to it.

Reconciliation of all construction & structural materials

Qualifications and Experience

B.tech(CIVIL) OR B.E(CIVIL)

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction work for Thermal power plant projects, Industrial projects, Chimney projects.
