Role & responsibilities Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with government departments (such as DISCOMs, SECI, MNRE, State Nodal Agencies, etc.) to obtain necessary permits, NOCs, and approvals for solar installations. Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, submit, and follow up on required documentation for project approvals, including land acquisition, net metering, electrical clearances, environmental compliance, etc. Utility Coordination: Work closely with electricity boards and utility companies for grid connectivity, synchronization, and commissioning of solar systems. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with municipal bodies, pollution control boards, and other regulatory authorities. Policy Monitoring: Stay updated on central and state government policies, regulations, and subsidies related to solar energy, and advise internal teams accordingly. Risk Management: Identify potential legal or regulatory roadblocks and work proactively to resolve issues that could impact project timelines or compliance.
