Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify profitable business opportunities
- Conduct market research and create actionable business strategies
- Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Nurture relationships with clients and analyze market trends
- Generate leads and initiate the sales process
- Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the team
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (1-3 years preferred)
- Any graduation, MBA/PGDM a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within Mumbai
