Require Project Manager CIVIL

Location- Near JP Sports City, Greater Noida.

Experience - Minimum 15 Years

Qualifications: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee end to end construction execution of high rise residential building using MIVAN Shuttering technology.

Prepare and review BOQs.
Co ordinate with Architects, consultants ,vendors, and sub contractors to ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
Supervise all site activities including structural finishings and services integration works.
Manage Manpower and materials, and resources efficiently to optimize productivity and minimize wastage
Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols
Prepare progress reports,
