Are you ready to help us shape the future? Become a #futureshaper! We have immediate opening for Project Mgmt Specialist II in Honeywell s Industrial Automation (IA) vertical based out of Bangalore. This role will be responsible for driving operational metrics and KPIs for IA engineering teams which include but not restricted to NPI program performance, revenue tracking for India-accountable New Product Introductions (NPIs). Apart from operational reporting and KPI tracking, this role will also be involved in planning and leading organization initiatives & strategic change management across IA India teams. You will use your technical experience and skills to guide teams in deployment of operational & strategic improvements which drive NPI efficiency and streamline processes as needed by a world-class organization. As such, the person must possess technical skills and demonstrate business acumen. Primary Responsibilities and Duties: Understand the IA New Product Introduction (NPI) Lifecycle and engage with Project teams on revenue realization for India accountable NPIs. Establish strong analytics and reporting to monitor engineering KPIs such as revenue, launch timeliness and key sustainability metrics and performance indicators to Engineering Leadership to enable informed decision making. Identify, analyze, and derive insights / patterns from data. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute operational / strategic improvement initiatives across India Industrial Automation (IA) teams. Will be responsible for day-to-day change management and tracking of such initiatives. Interact with engineering leadership on a monthly basis and crisply present KPI metrics, trends and analyses of metrics Responsible for generating Monthly Operation Reports (MOR) along with data management and dashboarding as applicable. Basic Qualifications: 6-8 years overall experience in any high-tech engineering company with exposure to New Product Development lifecycle. In-depth understanding of at least one Business Process and familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) Lifecycle. Expertise in advanced EXCEL usage is a must-have requirement. Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) will be nice to have. Should know basic finance, project accounting and business case preparation. Good presentation skills and hands-on with PowerPoint presentations and reports. Bachelor s degree in engineering / science We Value Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills. Ability to work in matrix environment and manage conflicting priorities across multiple levels of the organization Strong written and oral communication skills, particularly in cross-functional collaboration and facilitation of multi-disciplinary teams Executive communication - Deliver crisp and impactful presentations to senior leadership Self starter - Take independent action and go beyond what the situation requires Detail oriented with strong analytical foundation; ability to break large problems into manageable chunks
