Jr. Project Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist vendors as per project requirements
• Negotiate pricing and secure favourable commercial terms
• Ensure projects meet internal financial benchmarks and guidelines
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Explore, assess, and onboard new vendors
• Maintain clear, organized documentation and project records
• Create vendor POs, place orders, and track deliveries as committed
• Update and manage all internal reports for smooth project flow
• Coordinate with the Accounts team for bill processing and timely payments
• Support all other tasks relevant to project merchandising

Requirements

• Strong working knowledge of

  MS Office

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Proactive, self-driven, and deadline-oriented
• Prior experience or understanding of merchandising/buying roles
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills
• Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistently
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Existing vendor relationships in

  decorative lighting or décor
