Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Merchandiser, located in Coimbatore. The Project Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating with customers, ensuring excellent service experiences, handling retail and sales activities, and contributing to marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing merchandise processes, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide superior customer experiences.
• Experience in Sales and Retail with an ability to meet targets and drive customer engagement.
• Marketing knowledge to strategize and promote merchandise effectively.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in merchandising or retail roles is advantageous.
