Project Merchandiser

Role Overview:

· Receive project handover from the regional team once the deal is closed.

· Assuring all necessary documents and product samples are approved by the clients during the closure of the deal.

· Ensuring right promises are made to clients by the regional team.

· Receiving client specific project plan against delivery commitment from regional team..

· Coordinate with the regional team for on time Fit trial and receiving order quantity before the fabric arrival for each client.

· Prepare the client-wise production calendar and ensure assembly of fabrics, accessories and other raw materials necessary for production.

· Review and approve the order quantity received from the regional team and release it for production.

· Follow ups with the production team for time to time production status and updating the regional team during weekly and monthly review meetings.

· Responsible for on time delivery for each client and quality control of each merchandise.

· Data management and maintaining records.

· Sampling Follow up

· Quality control

Requirements:

🎓 Qualification: Degree in Textile

🧑‍💼 Experience: 2–5 years in Textiles, Garments, or School Products

🗣️ Languages: English, Tamil

🌍 Work Location: Coimbatore (Saibaba Colony)

💰 Pay Scale: 25k to 30k Max
