Project Manager/Engineer

As a Project Manager Engineer I at TE, you will have the opportunity to work on Project Transitions/Transfer within TE Product Portfolio and New Project Industrializations. Reporting to the AD&M India Project Management Leader, your primary responsibility will be leading project transitions/transfers and New Project Industrializations. You will drive the successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects following defined methods and processes to achieve commercial and efficiency targets set by the business. Developing relationships and maintaining a high level of communication with cross-functional local/global teams will be critical to your role. Acting as the primary owner of each project, you will be required to report progress to a senior leadership team on a regular cadence and at specific key Milestones during each Project. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project transitions/transfers and New Project Industrializations - Drive successful performance of multiple high profile/value projects - Develop relationships and maintain communication with cross-functional teams - Act as the primary owner of each project and report progress to senior leadership Qualifications Required: - Strong interpersonal, negotiating, and influencing skills - Clear strategic thinker with the ability to execute priorities - Self-motivated and able to perform in a demanding environment - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Results-driven with a professional level of business acumen - Excellent organizational, time management, and administrative skills - Exceptional oral and written communication skills - Project Management Professional preferred (e.g., PMP, Prince 2) - Agile Project Management experience is preferred - Good IT capability with detailed experience of Microsoft Office - Technical and commercial education/experience related to Engineering Manufacturing beneficial TE offers an excellent work environment where you can unleash your potential and work towards creating a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.
