Ensure alignment of project scope with organizational strategies and requirements Prepare and execute the project work plan and revise it as and when required in consultation with reporting manager and department head Provide regular project updates and reports to Manager/ Head, highlighting progress, issues, and resolutions Implement project controls to monitor and track project performance against key metrics To co-ordinate with the internal R&D team and effectively collaborate with external clients to handle various projects Periodic MIS to senior management for status / update and scheduling of projects Utilize the project management software to streamline project workflows, enhance collaboration and drive project success
