Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong Quality Assurance (QA) experience to lead projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires a blend of project management expertise and hands-on QA knowledge to ensure successful project execution, process compliance, and product quality.

Qualifications & Skills

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Establish and monitor QA processes to ensure high product quality.
• Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and change management activities.
• Track project progress using appropriate tools and provide status reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Review test plans, test cases, and defect tracking to ensure QA coverage and alignment with requirements.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the IT or Software Development industry is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
