About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. The ideal candidate will support project managers, coordinate tasks, ensure timely completion of deliverables, and maintain clear communication among stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a related field in project management

• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibility

• Assist in planning, executing, and closing projects under the timeline

• Help in preparation of project plans, schedules, and status reports.

• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to ensure project tasks are

completed on time.

• Track project progress and identify any potential issues or risks.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date.

• Participate in project meetings and help with meeting agendas and minutes.

• Support in the preparation of reports for internal and external stakeholders.
