Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Project Manager with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling multiple projects, coordinating between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project delivery, and maintaining timelines.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end project lifecycle—from requirement gathering to fi nal delivery.

● Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal development/design teams.

● Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable tasks for the technical team.

● Prepare and maintain project timelines, task trackers, and progress reports.

● Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within deadlines.

● Conduct regular project meetings with team members and clients.

● Identify project risks and prepare mitigation plans.

● Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth execution.

● Maintain documentation of requirements, scope, and changes.

● Track project performance using defined metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 1–2 years of experience in project management (preferably in IT, SaaS, or marketing-tech).

● Basic understanding of web technologies (React, Node.js, APIs, databases), cloud, or AI projects.

● Strong communication and client-handling skills.

● Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Good knowledge of project management tools (Notion, Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar).

● Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

● Ability to coordinate with teams and streamline communication.

● Detail-oriented with a focus on timely delivery.

Good to Have

● Experience with analytics dashboards, or AI tech projects.

● Basic technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers.

● Experience managing marketing or branding campaigns (optional).
